The purpose of the program is to provide a basic and fundamental knowledge in the field of investigations of terrorism and explosives as well as shooting incidents and shooting reconstructions and solving cold cases. The program will illustrate the scientific principles and practical applications of these investigations to actual casework. The course of instruction is designed for investigators crime scene technicians, forensic scientists, attorneys and medico-legal investigators, and health-care professionals. There is no minimum educational standard for those who decide to attend this program.
